This infill project was the last parcel within a flex office, warehouse, and retail development. We oversaw all of the site development and construction of the two-story building. The concrete-tilt-up style structure serves as the company’s distribution center and also includes offices and employee facilities. While we often build multiple projects for a single client, we also enjoy helping to make a local company’s vision a reality.
