We’ve been working with Inter-Cal Real Estate and at the Fountains for more than a decade and for most of the time the shopping destination has been around.  We’re the preferred contractor in all aspects of the continued evolution that’s inherent to a lifestyle center. From offices to restaurant work to retail, ground up to tenant improvements, we’ve done it all at the Fountains. We’ve also worked for both the owner and tenant and are often on hand for the budgeting phase.
