Hollister Farms
This project was our first experience with Covid-caused supply chain issues on a large scale. Steel and electrical component shortages along with changing national account requirements lead to creative problem solving and proactive scheduling shifts all while navigating the labor issues that lingered even at the tail end of Covid. We stayed on our toes and successfully coordinated concurrent construction of shell buildings and interior improvements with multiple national accounts.

Highlight: Brought much needed retailers to the city and jobs to the local economy. Local chamber of commerce and the mayor attended both the ground-breaking and the ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
